1. Products
Discount Party Station offers balloons, party decorations, party supplies, party props, and related event products. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and designs accurately. Actual appearance may vary due to screen settings, manufacturer updates, or handcrafted items.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.
3. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order.
Limit quantities purchased.
Cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or other business reasons.
If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed before order pickup unless otherwise agreed by Discount Party Station.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
5. Local Pickup Only
Discount Party Station provides scheduled local pickup only.
We do not offer shipping or delivery services.
Customers are responsible for:
Selecting or arranging an available pickup time.
Arriving at scheduled pickup time.
Inspecting order before leaving pickup location.
Failure to pick up an order within a reasonable period may result in cancellation, disposal of perishable items such as balloons, or additional fees where applicable.
6. Balloons and Party Products
Balloons and certain party items are delicate products.
Discount Party Station is not responsible for damage, deflation, popping, weather-related effects, transportation damage after pickup, improper handling, misuse, or normal product wear after customer receives order.
Float times and product lifespan vary depending on temperature, handling, environment, and product type. No specific duration is guaranteed unless expressly stated.
7. Custom Orders
Custom, personalized, or special-order products may require additional production time.
Once production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be modified or canceled unless approved by Discount Party Station.
8. Returns and Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Due to nature of balloons, customized products, seasonal merchandise, and event supplies, returns may not be accepted.
If an issue exists with your order, contact Discount Party Station as soon as possible after pickup. Approved refunds, replacements, or store credits are issued at our sole discretion.
9. Order Accuracy
Customer is responsible for verifying:
Names
Dates
Colors
Quantities
Personalization
Pickup information
Discount Party Station is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by customer.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, and branding, is property of Discount Party Station or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to website or systems.
Interfere with website functionality.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
12. Limitation of Liability
To maximum extent permitted by law, Discount Party Station shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of website or purchase of products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed amount paid for affected order.
